Chef Nadell has recruited the finest accomplished chefs from throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, which are assigned to hundreds of Aspen families annually. Chef Nadell is a two time Gold Medal award recipient for his life long dedication to international gastronomy.

"What a fantastic Thanksgiving! You made it all happen and we could not be more grateful. Although tired from our day of skiing, we were eager to dine on the delicacies you created. The kids are still talking about the "pigs in a blanket." We thank you for the "traditional" meal. I remember coming home from college one Thanksgiving, my Mother decided to make lasagna – I cried!
