Daniel Theme

Chef Daniel has had quite the career, ranging from serving celebrities to owning restaurants. He has hosted his own cooking show on the Univision/Telemundo Networks to rave reviews. French, Italian, Caribbean and Continental cuisine pose no problem for our Chef, nor does communication. He fluently speaks English, French, Spanish, along with a little Portuguese and Italian.

He has prepared exclusive meals for Beyonce, Julio Inglacias, Sean Connery, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Paris Hilton, Madonna, and the King of Spain Juan Carlos I.

Chef Daniel was born in Montevideo, Uruguay to French parents (his father is a chef, as are both brothers) and spent his first few years in South America. Daniel's teen years were in Mauritania, North Africa where he added new styles to his cooking repertoire. He grew up in Provence. His first restaurant was in Nimes when he was in his early 20’s. He moved to Puerto Rico in his late 20’s and then onto New York City where he worked at Regine’s. He also opened Regine’s in Miami. He has served up his cuisine to the rich and famous. He currently resides in Aspen, Colorado and is ready to make any event you have special.
