Bravo Fine Catering is the Aspen valley's premier catering business, founded by long time Aspen Celebrity Chef Jimmy Nadell, former Executive Chef of the internationally known Caribou Club in Aspen. Chef Nadell is the Founder and CEO of the United States Chef Association with chef members throughout North America, Central America, Europe and Asia.

Bravo specializes in providing private estate dinner chefs, personal vacation family chefs, silver service weddings, black tie events and corporate events catering up to five thousand guests. Chef Nadell has been catering to Aspen's most elite clients since 1986. Chef Nadell is the recipient of the highly prestigious Life Time Achievement Award in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Miami.

Chef Nadell has spent years as a private chef for many dignitaries, celebrities and royalty. You may also have seen Chef Nadell as a regular chef appearing on many local and international TV shows. Bravo Fine Catering is fully licensed and insured.
