Martin Koenig

koenigBorn and raised in Bavaria, Germany, as a young boy he started butchering meats in his families butcher shops at age ten. Soon after he attended the Vier-Jahreszeiten School of Culinary Arts in Munich. After graduation, he studied advance butchering and eventually acquiring his Master Butchers degree from Fleischerfachschule Landshut. 

Chef Koenig then trained in top restaurants throughout Germany and South Africa. Chef Koenig was recruited by the Playboy Enterprises to relocate to the United States to be the Executive Chef at the Playboy Mansion in West Palm Beach, Florida. Since then he has been a private chef on private yachts and working for such celebrities as Natalie Cole, Denise Rich and Sylvester Stallone.

Chef Nadell is the founder and CEO of the United States Chef Association, an educational chef membership association offering chefs several levels of accredited certifications.

Chef Nadell has recruited the finest accomplished chefs from throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, which are assigned to hundreds of Aspen families annually. Chef Nadell is a two time Gold Medal award recipient for his life long dedication to international gastronomy.
