SRIRACHA SEARED SALMON

Yields: 4 Portions

Ingredients:
4 Boneless, Skinless Norwegian Salmon Fillets, 6 oz

Marinade, Blended:
½ cup Sesame Oil
1 tsp Fresh Ginger Chopped
1 tsp Fresh Garlic Chopped
1 tsp Sriracha Chili Sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce

Sauces:
2 TBSP Sriracha Chili Sauce
2 TBSP Teriyaki Glaze

Method:
1.) Blend Marinade, Marinate Fish for One Hour
2.) Hot, Heavy Skillet, Salt and Pepper, Sear Hard and Place in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes

To Finish:
1.) Arrange on Plate with your Favorite Rice and Vegetables
2.) Garnish with Sauces and Sesame Fried Leek
