RobsonElissa got her start in an organic kitchen at an early age. Growing up having a nutritional guru and gourmet chef as a mother, she learned that food should be fresh, alive, with all its color, personality and flavor. She continued her culinary training under her uncle, one of the top chefs in the Rocky Mountains at his restaurant in Breckenridge, Colorado. There she learned the importance of consistency, creativity and artful presentation. 

Elissa soon started traveling and found delight in the new and unique flavors the world had to offer. In St Croix, she was instrumental in opening a seaside-eating establishment that featured local Caribbean specialties. After a European culinary tour Elissa found herself drawn to the Mediterranean and finally spent some time on the island of Malta where she educated herself on recreating the succulent dishes that the islands had to offer. Soon her travel took her to Africa where she settled into a small bay outside Cape Town South Africa and opened her dream organic bistro. Wine pairing dinners, cooking classes, live entertainment and local artists came with the bohemian bistro’s fresh and creative organic cuisine. 

Elissa’s passion for life, love, culture and healthy organic cuisine comes out in all of her dishes. Her creativity, exploration of culture and progressive party planning qualifies her to work with even the most demanding clientele and guarantees the host a perfect evening.

Bravo Fine Catering was founded by Aspen’s long time celebrity chef, Jimmy Nadell. Chef Nadell takes tremendous pride in providing excellence in culinary arts serving the Roaring Fork Valley since 1986. Bravo’s proficient and highly talented team of celebrated chefs and party coordinators will ensure that each event is uniquely arranged with our signature presentations. From carved ice oyster bars to LED light-illuminated sushi towers with live swimming fish to flaming desserts, each event orchestrated by Chef Nadell is an extraordinary culinary experience.

Chef Nadell is the founder and CEO of the United States Chef Association, an educational chef membership association offering chefs several levels of accredited certifications.

Chef Nadell has recruited the finest accomplished chefs from throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, which are assigned to hundreds of Aspen families annually. Chef Nadell is a two time Gold Medal award recipient for his life long dedication to international gastronomy.
