Bravo Fine Catering was founded by Aspen’s long time celebrity chef, Jimmy Nadell. Chef Nadell takes tremendous pride in providing excellence in culinary arts serving the Roaring Fork Valley since 1986. Bravo’s proficient and highly talented team of celebrated chefs and party coordinators will ensure that each event is uniquely arranged with our signature presentations. From carved ice oyster bars to LED light-illuminated sushi towers with live swimming fish to flaming desserts, each event orchestrated by Chef Nadell is an extraordinary culinary experience.

Chef Nadell is the founder and CEO of the United States Chef Association, an educational chef membership association offering chefs several levels of accredited certifications.

Chef Nadell has recruited the finest accomplished chefs from throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, which are assigned to hundreds of Aspen families annually. Chef Nadell is a two time Gold Medal award recipient for his life long dedication to international gastronomy.

Then I noticed that the caterer had this huge truck and trailer with a mobile kitchen. To my surprise, the food was incredibly fantastic considering the circumstances. Bravo did an awesome job. "As a retired American Airlines Sales and Marketing Manager, I had the opportunity to travel the world and experience fine dining. One of my many responsibilities was to entertain corporate executives in order to showcase what American Airlines could offer to them in the way of group travel for their incentive programs. I did this by forming a partnership with hotels and destination management companies. American Airlines would provide the airline seats. The hotels and destination management companies provided lodging, entertainment and meals. Frequently we would be provided with a private dining room, a meal prepared by executive chefs and served with white glove service. Having provided you with my back ground, you will understand that when I offer a recommendation for Chef Martin Koenig, it comes from someone that has experience fine dining in world class restaurants and private dining rooms by well qualified chefs. On two separate occasions I have had Chef Martin prepare meals for me in my home for friends and family. He is very creative with menu ideas while being sensitive to our dietary requirements. He is very efficient and works within the confines of my non professional kitchen. The food is always excellent and prepared to perfection. The presentations are visually pleasing, the service is beyond reproach and all of this comes with a chef with a wonderful personality."
