Chef Nadell is the founder and CEO of the United States Chef Association, an educational chef membership association offering chefs several levels of accredited certifications.

Chef Nadell has recruited the finest accomplished chefs from throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, which are assigned to hundreds of Aspen families annually. Chef Nadell is a two time Gold Medal award recipient for his life long dedication to international gastronomy.

"Jimmy was the best choice we could have made for a chef for our wedding. We had a catering company that fell through (we didn't know about Bravo when we confirmed with the first company). Jimmy invited us to his house for the tasting and took photos of us to remember the night. It was a small gesture but made me excited about the process again after quite an ordeal with the other company. Then we got to the food. It was amazing. From the meeting over the phone, the food captured exactly what we were looking for. Then, throughout the tasting, we built the exact menu and service for it that matched what my fiancé and I were envisioning (probably better). We wanted pies for dessert at our wedding (no cake) and after that tasting we hands down asked if he would make those as well. At the wedding, every guest left talking about the food. Jimmy even came out after the pies were served (which were amazing) and he joined in the reception for a few songs. Everyone wanted to dance with the chef and I have the pictures to prove it of me in wedding dress dancing it up with chef Jimmy. Anytime someone in the valley is having a party, we always recommend chef Jimmy and Bravo Catering. Thank you Jimmy for not just making my night but helping to create such amazing memories and I hope you and your food can be a part of many more to come."
